eating a rainbow!

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..

Tahun baru ni saya plan nak diet.oh, bukan diet untuk kuruss ok. Cukuplah dikategorikan sebagai manusia underweight tak naklah jadi sampai anorexia! Saya nak cuba makan secara sihat. Sebelum ni bukan la main larung je makan apa-apa. Tapi, saya nak cuba improve sempena tahun baru & sem baru nanti. Insyaallah, bila  makan makanan sihat ni, badan sihat, otak cergas, muka pun ceria lagi tak lesu. Insyaallah boleh lebih aktif melakukan kerja-kerja amal, ibadah dll lagi. 3,4,5 in 1!

Kata pakar pemakanan dalam tv tu, each different color of fruits and vegetables contains different vitamins and nutrients that needed in our body. so, get as much color variety in our diet as possible to maximize  our intake of vitamins and nutrients everyday.


Saya bukanlah pandai dalam hal ehwal pemakanan ni, jadinya saya telah meminta Mr Google untuk tolong cari info yang bermanfaat untuk rujukan saya pada masa hadapan.

Orange and Yellow fruits and vegetables

Subhanallah! Setiap color dekat buah2 dan sayur2 ni pun ada manfaat dia masing-masing. Betapa halusnya ciptaan setiap benda dekat muka bumi ni. hebatnya Allah!
